Award: 19(b) petition, causation found and TTD + Meds + MRI awarded
Accident: First day on job jumped down onto a surface and felt pain, reported, and sought medical attention
Injury: MRI shows endplate degeneration in the mid thoracic spine (T9-T10) and noted discogenic changes. P had prior injury to back.
Restrictions: Not lift greater than 10 pounds frequently or 20 pounds occasionally with no repetitive bending, lifting or twisting
