Award: 50% of R (dominant) Hand + 5% of L Hand

Accident: Mud jacker shot a rock that hit P in the L ankle, which knocked P down.  P fell on his outstretched R hand.  Then P did modified duty mostly using just the L hand and developed numbness and weakness in L hand too.  P's work contributed to Bilateral Carpal Tunnel Syndrome too.

Injury:  R two piece intra-articular distal radial fracture.  Surgery with multiple screws and 4 inch metal plate. Bilateral Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, no surgery.

Restrictions: Is working, taking tylenol, has persistent numbness and weakness in both hands, keeps doing "arduous" work that arbitrator believed P really does
