High voltage burns to thumb and surgical debridement but back to full duty

Award: Reduced from 40% of non dominant L Thumb + 7.5% of Hand to > 40% of Thumb + 5% of Hand

Accident:  High voltage burns to thumb

Injury:  Electrical deep burn to thumb and hand, 1 inch oval scar on thumb/hand, full thickness skin loss on L thumb

Restrictions: Back to full duty, but P's L hand is a lot weaker and can't open up a jar with L hand because can't grip it tight.  R hand weaker since the accident, too
