Award: 19(b) medical treatment and TTD awarded.
Accident: Petitioner testified that he had shoveled approximately 2000 pounds of fertilizer when he began to notice pain and numbness in his right leg. Petitioner told his co-employee of his pain complaints and finished his shift. Next day woke up with back pain and R leg numb.
Injury: L4-L5 disc herniation and lumbar microdiskectomy
Restrictions: No lifting more than 25 pounds and wear a brace
