Injury: Instant neck pain, umbilical hernia repaired with surgery, exacerbation of paracentral cervical disc osteophyte at C3-4, and exacerbation of previously diagnosed small centrally herniated lumbar disc at L4-L5 and L5-S1

Restrictions: Sit down work given by employer. Even turning head from left to right hurt for P at the hearing, noted arbitrator. But, on a surveillance video P was shown playing softball with daughter and also driving and turning head at neck a lot; which he had just testified he couldn't do.
